Morliny Foods acquisition of the pet food company Pupil Foods
Warsaw, July 1 st , 2025 – Morliny Foods, a leading European supplier of fresh pork, poultry, and packaged meats, has announced the signing of the contract and finalization of acquisition of Pupil Foods Ltd., a Polish producer of wet and dry pet food.
The acquisition, carried out through its Polish subsidiary Animex Foods, is a key step in Morliny Foods’ strategy aimed at diversification of its portfolio and strengthening the presence in the dynamically growing pet food market in Europe.
