Morliny Foods Publishes Its ESG Report

Morliny Sustainability Report

Morliny Foods Holding Limited (UK) has published its first consolidated Sustainability Report, covering the Group companies - from feed and livestock production to fresh and packaged meat plants.

The publication of the Report marks an important step presenting for the first time a coherent and comprehensive picture of Morliny Foods' environmental, social and governance (ESG) activities across the countries where the company operates. The document has been prepared in accordance with the CSRD Guidelines and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), enhancing transparency and standardising the reporting approach across the organisation.

The scope of reporting is based on a double materiality analysis and covers key areas such as climate change, resource management, working conditions and responsible business conduct.

'The publication of our first consolidated sustainability introduces a unified approach to ESG management and reporting across all our markets, whilst enhancing transparency and ensuring compliance with growing regulatory requirements.' - said Luis Cerdan Ibanez, CEO of Morliny Foods.

'Morliny Foods' first ESG Report demonstrates our commitments in practice, outlining how we work every day, acting responsibly, caring for our people and communities, and reducing our environmental impact - added Dana Brindescu-Iovanov, CSO of Morliny Foods.
